The resistance wire is an alloyed wire that coiled and mounted on the bricks. There is one loading basket in the furnace hearth. The furnace cover is lifted up and lowered down by a manual lever. To heat up the workpieces evenly, there is a Hot air circulation fan, which made of stainless shaft and fan.
When the workpieces are being heated up, the hot air is circling around the hearth to make it distributed evenly in the furnace. A limit-switch is mounted near the Winding gear to make the operation safe. This switch is connected to the control cabinet; the electricity is on when the cover is closed.
When the furnace cover is open, the electricity will be cut off as soon as the power of the heat element so that we can operate safely. The Box type furnace leaves factory completed a set of control cabinet.
